Your graphics are turned down too low and the light is coded to use a higher graphical setting. I had this issue while experimenting with placing lights myself.

By the way, I just noticed hat your lights don't emit light from their source locations. :P Like the light is turned on but is black.

keep the ramps in front of the cargo bed. but past those ramps remove the sides and ramp..

How about just making it a Resource truck, turn the cargo bed into a flatbed. (No sides and no ramp). then mount the tanks on top of the bed. or add the mount points for the in game tanks.

You might consider moving the tanks up a ways to make them not look like they are floating. Or you could expand them and give them larger storage capacity.

I'd also like to suggest removing the loader portion of the truck, all it does for me is cause me to trip over it every time I'm in the back moving stuff around, seems to have no point at all other than to make a big mess.

Possibly also integrate some barrel holders to the side for transporting lots of barrels, much like the buggy now has with 4 slots on its back. The holders are a better idea because it reduces physics calculations while moving around and such.

Heya, may I ask how you managed to add things to the truck?
Did you recreate the whole truck? or how did you manage to modify the xob file?
I would like to add some powerplugs so the truck could be used also as a generator, or fuel it with power by a generator :)

the storage resource tanks are useless because you can't store resources in them and the angle of the hose needs to be outwards more because there is no space for resource barrels.

Try rotating the barrel so the bottom faces the port and it should give you a highlight to attach.

last I played I had no real issues...did take some getting use to when I first played though. closer you get it to upright(relative to port) screen facing you the more accepting the ports will be.

A hotfixed version has been uploaded where the resource tanks work with MaHuJa's hotfix via my workshop at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=923907547 - If the developer of this addon updates it themselves, this file will be removed. No other changes are made.

Given "Last online 38 days ago" I assume the dev is not active.

Meanwhile, I've just taken a look at the mod itself, and after <30 minutes of "hard work" now have it working again. With the newest test branch, but if it broke previously, my version will probably work. Technical details: vehicleresoucetankcontroller.h line 529 calls a constructor that now takes an additional parameter "index". Passing it a zero, so the line reads fuelHandler = new Vehicle_FuelHandler(0, vehicle, 1, 12, 1); appears to work, but more testing is warranted.

I might package it up and post the fixed version to workshop.

Resource tanks don't disply and barrels wont connect to them. The code has change i think. Please fix if possable. It's a verry good mod. 1 request, try using the MMl flood lights.

I ran into the same problem...left the radio on in the cab I guess, drained with everything down. Was hoping it had hidden Solar as my mishap was noticed in darkness once my lights discontinued. If theres a recharge feature, I never found it.

I have "low power" on my screen, I can't raise or lower ramp or stairs..... is there a way to recharge the system? My methane and oxy tanks are full btw

Can I ask for one more feature? Radiation monitor/alert in the cabin, akin to the one you can have in outposts/habitats. You'll typically want to take off your suit while sitting there, which leaves you with no warning aside from the medical device readout. It's less of a problem if the rad-proof vehicles mod is used, but an outpost large rad shield wall held overhead is also a solution I like.

Just DLed this addon, which required a restart to activate...now the game blackscreens of death itself upon bootup.

Any solution so I can try out this truck?

Already unenabled the addon til a solution can be found.

Also It'd probably help to change the thumbnail from the mod to the same as the picture on display in the actual subscription page - without a thumbnail that explains what the mod does visually alot of people will just pass it by.

I'd second a version with just the side lights - I'm not fond of the Vehicle Tanks in the first place - without proper Resource Cables they tend to be a bit...awkward; your better off just stuffing the barrels in the back for the time used - and until Resource Cables get the Z-modifier updated for the 3d printer I'm probably not going to use them.
