Yes, we need this for WoTC, if only because it'd be a nice alternative to the voice packs used by the Reapers.

Looking through my mods trying to find ones I'm willing to prune out (this one not among them, fear not), but I did notice something odd - this, and a few other recent voicepacks, seem to be nearly twice the size of similar, older voicepacks. Any thoughts as to what they might have done to reduce the size?

I threw the voicepack on all 4 soldiers and made quick demo vid: https://youtu.be/JnGTYtJnT-0 - it's the 2nd mission, so no late game abilities yet, which means no "Die, die, die!" - but it should give a decent first impression.

Finally! Now we just need a Reaper model, and then we can have Reaper as a Ranger using Reaper so you can Reaper while you Reaper while you Reaper.
