I tried porting a model from a unity game to sfm and that was not really going that great.
So i know what a hell it can be.

BTW In case you're interested there's a quite simple technique for making custom proportions that I've used a couple of times: it consists of detaching the joints and relocate them in the desired position (tho you have to make some adjustments to the QC file as well).

SFM version of Pip IS in the works but I'm getting hammered down with ton of issues generating the VTAs

I was beginning to believe that no one would bring nothing of Paladins by the stupid fashion of Overwatch.

A few weeks ago my friend introduced me to Paladins and i was really happy with the game. It was so fun and addicting and the best thing is that its free so yay. And i tried all the champions and find them all very interesting and unique in their own ways. But i find that Ying's playstyle suits me best. Of course this doesnt neccesary apply to everyone but since Ying is my favourite champion and my main i was hoping you would be kind enough to help bring her to this game since Gmod is one of my favourite games of all time. I asked my friend to make one for me because he said "3 hours" was all he needed. BUT, its been over a month and he has'nt done half of it. im sure you will do a good job of it IF you are even willing to say yes to my request. I think this is a great playermodel sir i like how it doesnt really look too different from the actual pip from Paladins. Usually when people make playermodels of characters from other games or movies or TV shows it comes out inaccurate but im really impressed by the work you did here it looks really good. and I am really glad that someone skilled wants to bring some paladins content into Gmod. I would like to request a Ying playermodel, I would REALLY REALLY appreciate it if you do.
