It's just like IPECAC does not synergize with bombs upgrades acutally

it does appear very often which makes it both dangerous and strong, but it doesn't synergize with bomb upgrades. is that intended and if so, why?

Wouldve worked better as an ipecac shot because of the ark, reduce the frequency for balancing, other than that i would love to see more RoR as it gets little love>
