Its your mod, I tried it clean on its own. I've tried a file integrity check. I've tried it with your other mods. Its this mod.

No not seen that error before. Try a file integrity check and it may also be coming from another mod that you have loaded. Try loading clean with each mod to see which mod is making the error and then contact the maker.

Hallo Slaughtermelon,

This mod contains the 2 things together and will work in most other mod if loaded last. This has shell hit sounds and also the shell fly sounds and for some reason is less popular than this mod that has only the latter.

Yes it is compatible with anything in ARMA3. It just tacks a sound onto the 3d shell mesh in the shellcore class.

=CHG=GunMasterX11 you need to get a tank about 1km away to fire overhead your position, then you can hear it. Not at your position or the impact and projectile cracking sounds will play over it. But the sound is not a whistling sound as shown in Fury. If you have ever played Post Scriptum it's reminiscent of their fly sound but not as exaggerated, listen for that.

ACE is good and I would rather have it than not. I suspect that it might be the shell casing pbo that causes the problem. This pbo in ACE makes shell casing and shells stay a bit longer and if one has attached a sound to one, as I have, the shell fly sound is attached to the shell, if it hangs around then it will still emit its sound even tho I put a 15s timer on it and it should stop after that. I have not really looked into the problem and tried to solve it as the codinng gets a bit complex for me. lol.

Hi {RP}Alan, thanks for your reply but playing without ACE is no option for me, my group and the most groups I'm knowing!
I suppose it has to do with the Cook Off Framework from ACE, so we have the situation to choose
pest or cholera (Fly sounds but disabled cook off on the/some tanks/assets OR no fly sounds but nice cook off effects).
But thank you anyway for doing great mods for ARMA!

Hello birkenmoped, thanks for your question. I bet you are using ACE as well. I get the same problem but only when I use ACE and for that reason I have stopped using ACE and do not really miss it. Try using the mod without ACE and see how it goes. I will check on it too.

Hi {RP]Alan,

When I use this mod in IFA3_AIO_Lite I got some strange flyby sound effects on destroyed tanks. It looks like that some of the destroyed tanks have floating ammunition over the burned/burning/destroyed model and they are doing flyby sound without moving! ;-)
I think its more a IFA3-problem or something ACE3 is doing?

Anyone else have this "problem"?

Hello Gunter, thanks for your question. At one time yes, but then there was a main game update that made the inbuilt tank fly shell sound affect other things and I had to remove it from the main mod. Now to hear the tank shell sound you need this seperate mod loaded as it is no longer in the main IF44 Real Panzer mod.

Your are welcome, my next mission is to achieve some armour hit sounds when the tank shell strikes armour plate. At the moment it is the default multi purpose explosion sound, the one sound fits all approach but we need some metallic kachunnnng sounds like in other tank sims.

All fixed Scorpion 141, thanks for reporting the error. Give it a try. It worked for me in Vanilla A3 no probs after I modded the file a bit to delete the reference to the files it though it needed but does not.

Thanks scorpion I can fix that. If you load the IF44Lite mod it will work,however I will adjust the file so that it does not that pbo and can run alone.

It would be very nice, i loved the "woosh sound" of the tank by amra 2 with COSLX. But wenn i start the game with your sound mode, i recive a Error: it needs: "ww2_assets_s_megagoth1702_sound_config". (i'm not sure if the writing is correct)
Is there a other mode that is required for the sound mode?
