This lets you combine augments into one, but it also properly brings back the original augment instead of what this mod does

Hi there, I subbed to your mod and the Combinable Augments mod at the same time and suddenly I can no longer hold shift to split stacks or quick stack into chests. Can you look into this to make sure this mod isn't causing it? I'll pm the other modder as well. I'm not sure which of the 2 mods did this to my game.

There's no data to recover the augment precisely in the vanilla game, it can only try to match up an augment from it's list.

Since any way to add data to get augments back exactly is not vanilla and not standardised, I didn't account for it.

@Mighty Annihilator would you mind if i tried to make a patch to have this mod restore the augment data to work with "Combinable Augments limit patch"? i would be making it public so i can use it with friends

oh i was just looking through your comments, and it look like the mod reconstructs the augments. i thought that it just pulled the item out of the item. it seems like when you add an augment on an item, it just adds its name and effect; it doesnt save metadata. meaning that its not a matter of this mod wiping it, but the base game.

hey, can you make this compatible with "Combinable Augments"? when you extract an augment using the augment extractor, it seems to wipe some data. it prevents you from being able to separate the augments, and resets the counter for "Combinable Augments limit patch", allowing you to stack an many as you want.

Thanks a lot! Looking through your Extractor and alberto-rota's Weapon Assembler, I was able to make something that works really well. I'll list you in the credits for helping with Jeweler. Also, thanks for this mod in general, as it's quite nice not having to lose your Augment when upgrading EPPs.

Hey, I was wondering if I could retrofit your Augment Extractor for one of my RPG Growth Professions. I'm making Jewelry that can be slotted onto any Head, Chest, or Leg Armor, and I need to make sure it can be removed.

I've already looked through the code and made a mock-up that only extracts jewelry, so that my Jewelry Extractor does not make your Extractor obsolete.

If you want credit in any shape or form, let me know, and if you don't want me to use your code/UI at all, I will write it all from scratch. Thanks!

I'm subscribed to this mod, but I can't seem to find it in the game.
I've even tried unsubbing and resubbing to the mod, that didn't fix the issue.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game a total of three times.
I don't know what happened except the hunch that 1.4 may have broke it.

@Jokiu I don't know how Armor Redux is set up, but if it accepts standard EPP augments, it should work.

for those asking where it is, I can see it in the Engineer's table (upgraded Inventor's table), and Fracken Universe have also added their own version (i assume, since i'm using both their mod and this one) in the Auto-Assembler (upgraded Machining Table)
The costs are also different. This mod is 8 Iron bars 6 Copper Bars 1 Battery
Fracken Universe's version costs: 8 Tungsten bars 2 Lunari Crystals 2 Electro magnets

The best thing I can suggest is to try and consolidate what is going to the augments/collars/etc - and try to avoid stacking too much power of one type into them.... What was happening for me months back is likely happening for you, and what I think best describes it is one augment is lowering total health, another augment is taking away more hp than that provides, and then it's adding the additional health stats - after the creature(or you) are already dead.

For some reason - this occurs upon change of location rather than installment, most of the time if you freshly equip it or just finished combined them together across multiple items, or whatever, you survive like you'd expect, but for some reason, order of load after that is negative death first, health living last.

Hello. Yes Ailemoonstream - This sounds more so that your pet has too many conflicting augments.....

I can't remember exactly How I managed to get myself into a death loop - but I vaguely remember it being associated with cramming too many mods together. Potentially ones that take away hp.. not entirely sure.

Hello i recently got back into stabound and im not sure if its your mod or something not updating but for some reason my pet keeps exploding and then respawning or it explodes then satays dead but it happens randomly on loading. I tried looking at the log but i do not know how to read the log and i cannot find a way to do so. Is there anyway you can help?
