Unfortunately, the microwave effect no longer renders enemies as killed. So once you clear the room, the doors don't open. There's also no blood splatter animation.

Can you make a synergy with the Book of Virtues? Here's what think how it would work:
Microwave:Spawns wisps from the enemies killed. If a champion enemy is in there,a random special wisp will spawn.
Fridge:Spawns 2-5 wisps upon landing
Vacuum Cleaner:Spawns 1-2 wisps when its done vacuuming.

@COMPANION CUBE Got one in my first item room in 7HT9 DJ4J. Not sure if you'll get it, considering the amount of mods I had on at one time. If you NEED to, you can spawn one in with console commands (~) using the giveitem command.

I was playing as mei and kinda broke the game. I don't know what I did but after doing something I managed to just plainly delete this item. It could've been me quitting the game, me holding ctrl or me entering a room with a ton of pickups/items in it. I never used the item
