Chruebert 5 Sep, 2020 @ 8:43am
You gotta love this mod since merchants are usually p*ss-poor taking out the jogging sections from the game.... It is less then a cheat but more a balancing thing
Phoenix-co 20 Jul, 2019 @ 3:33pm
I was looking at the thieve guild's fences and... from what I've read, they start with 1000 gold, and it increases with who many cities you have put under the thieve guild's influence, up to 4k gold. And off course, 4k x 10 = 40k (41k with master trader), which is above the 32767 limit before the bug, making fences useless when the should have been the more effective.

From opening the esp with notepad, it seems like the gold multiplication is done per vendor category, so it should be possible to solve that part by reducing the multiplication for "VendorGoldFenceStage04" (to something like x7.9 at most)

much like, thx
Doctor G 7 Apr, 2019 @ 3:59am
works, takes a lot of the brain damage out of the game after all this is a game and not a torment machine
Black Arachnia 28 Jan, 2019 @ 8:42am

I unsuscribed this mod and i'm still getting 10 times more gold from looting. What should I do to get back to the normal rates of looting?
Zyl'Aaeria 10 Sep, 2017 @ 7:13am
Steam doesn't let you edit shit.

The reason I use the add item command is because getting money in this game is terribly easy. I can easily rack up 5,000 gold before reaching Riverwood. It isn't really cheating when Bethesda already failed to make it even remotely challenging to find gold.
Zyl'Aaeria 10 Sep, 2017 @ 7:10am
1.) Open console via the Tilde key.

2.) Click on the desired NPC to acquire their respective ID.

*3.) Type "AddItem f 10000" into the console & hit Enter.

4.) Sell all your shit. If the accumulative value of your merchandise exceeds 10,000, then just open the console, press the up arrow key, & hit enter to give them another 10,000. Rinse & repeat as necessary.

*Note: I wouldn't exceed increments of 10,000 gold as it can cause some irreversable problems with the AI. Reloading your previous save before attempting any of this is the only fix.

Do the steps above & you don't need this script change that could potentially compromise the stability of the game. The above is completely safe as long as you heed the warning in the note. I always hated the merchant system in this game & honestly, they should have just given them infinite gold since this game is basically collect random shit & clutter your inventory sim.

Load order?
Pozitivka 26 May, 2017 @ 7:36am
Суперский мод, не надо ни перезаходить, ни пропускать время. Как по мне, дисбаланса нет:markarth:
big paul 16 May, 2017 @ 12:02am
stop with the `you will be kissed tomorrow` crap, thank you.
Sogga 13 May, 2017 @ 7:48am
for some reason all the merchants have 750 gold or less
Boon: Bees? 9 May, 2017 @ 6:25am
Not sure why, but I experience CTD upon load every time I try running this mod. Is it perhaps noncompatible with the merchants added with either The Cutting Room Floor, Travellers of Skyrim, 13oranges' Locations collection, or Small Town Merchants?
Phoenix-co 1 May, 2017 @ 10:24am
Still fine as long as they don't have more than 32767 gold. (one more gold piece and it's "farewell, money")
biltart_clorn 29 Apr, 2017 @ 12:40pm
Be very careful with this.If a merchant gets to 33000 gold it will break them. You will get no money from selling to them.
Cryst4lWyv3rn 21 Apr, 2017 @ 7:53pm
thank you for this. I was really irritated with having to hit up each merchant in a town (after investing in their business) just to get rid of my haul from 1 quest! Super annoying! So thank you.
L'mo 20 Apr, 2017 @ 5:47am
Yay now merchants arent super poor
flor rock 16 Apr, 2017 @ 10:26am
thanks now i can steal even more gold from the cat people mecants in dawnstar from ther secret chest
zirjaniel 12 Apr, 2017 @ 4:18pm
Bug with the Gulumei and the other fencers after the Under New Management quest. My own gold doesn't increase when I sell items to them and their gold only decreases to 40k gold.
Phoenix-co 12 Apr, 2017 @ 3:08pm
Well... when you have maxxed enchanting, alchemy and smithing with the "Sallow Regent" black book + Ahzidal's relics, everything you craft is worth a lot, And try finding a merchant willing to buy your old enhanced and enchanted daedric bow (the one you just replaced for a draconic one with even better enchants on it). Or your old pack of damage health + lingering damage health (since the new ones are twice as effective)
witchelia 12 Apr, 2017 @ 1:12pm
good, but it makes your game easier and that's not good i think
Phoenix-co 11 Apr, 2017 @ 2:24pm
So many brainless people... has the zombie apocalypse happened ?
Aithys 11 Apr, 2017 @ 10:58am
gotta love the report option.
go straight to the profile, and report them.

Why so much spam?
A Woef but on Controller 23 Mar, 2017 @ 8:04am
My mod is being set for 20,000 thousand soon and will then work
Phoenix-co 2 Mar, 2017 @ 8:34am
Max gold on a merchant before the bug happens: 32767 (or 7FFF).
You should probably set it at 31267 at most (because investor and master trader)
squiddy 17 Feb, 2017 @ 10:16am
It didn't work.
Barry McCockiner  [author] 15 Feb, 2017 @ 4:20pm
@rAGEsHEEP, check out Trishata96 comment.
squiddy 15 Feb, 2017 @ 3:57pm
I do not know what happened, but most of the venders in my game now have fourty thousand gold, and they do not give me any gold when I sell to them. They just take it with nothing in return. Help please.
Barry McCockiner  [author] 12 Feb, 2017 @ 1:14pm
@LadyWolfa, check out Skyrim Creation Kit in your Library Tools.
Crimsonvixen92 12 Feb, 2017 @ 12:22pm
Lol cheers, whats the best program to make these mods??
Barry McCockiner  [author] 12 Feb, 2017 @ 12:13pm
@LadyWolfa, Like the name suggest, this mod multiplies the money merchants normally have by 10 times. I think that is pretty good.
Crimsonvixen92 12 Feb, 2017 @ 11:58am
Considering this mod as I have a ton of stuff to sell (mostly stolen) is it any good??
Trishata96 12 Feb, 2017 @ 7:28am
@mnkybtlr 18
That's a common bug in game engine Behtseda used, (Its cropped up before in Fallout New Vegas for me). If a vendor ends up with x amount of gold then you won't get any money from selling stuff to them. They'll get money though if you buy from them. Usual fix is to wait until their shop resets.
But by the sounds of it that most liekly won't work for you.
Scorpio 12 Feb, 2017 @ 2:17am
thankyou
Lulu Rainsong 11 Feb, 2017 @ 11:53pm
Mods don't disable achievements whatsoever, so go nuts.
stridechicken 11 Feb, 2017 @ 10:10am
I'm not quite sure what the problem is, but this mod doesn't seem to be working for me. When I load it, Tonilia has 40k gold as promised, but when I try to sell, it doesn't subtract from her gold or add to mine. When I reloaded, she had 0 gold a few times. Then back to 40k and no actual transaction happening. Not sure if this is something else I'm running (I run very few mods) or just a bug, but thought I'd let you know.
Barry McCockiner  [author] 10 Feb, 2017 @ 3:47pm
@DŽukela Raspala, this mod does not disable achievements.
ReaperKamui 10 Feb, 2017 @ 2:33pm
I don't believe mods disable achievements for skyrim's base game at least, I have tons of mods and still get achievements.
