Not very clever. C3 was the precursor to C4 and had the same explosive properties. The only thing that changed from C3 to C4 was a chemical being added to make ingestion toxic. During Vietnam, soldiers would chew on C3 to get high. So unless this satchel charge skin is as powerful as C4 (which of course it isnt), the joke isnt really all that funny.
