Could you please upload some screenshots of a simple setup (maybe extra world) and tell me which blocks you used? I never played with hinges.
I'm not sure how stable the game at the moment is in terms of wobble and explosions of rotors. give it a try.
There are more settings you can adjust, you can find it under "Optional settings" up here.
This is the mod that I'm trying to use with your script.
I have tried looking into it myself but with no avail. Normally your script puts its output into the PB display as a grid, value and a boolean value. Well with that mod it was constantly on 'false' and all values were 0.0' which made the array spin endlessly even after restarting the script and patiently waiting. I have fixed it temporarily by putting a vanilla solar panel on the array of mine.
There could also be a problem on my side, in a multiplayer session or the mod itself is the problem to which I care little, I'll just put down some vanilla solar panels, that's going to pose no problem.
What's the mod you are using?
I have miner in the same grid
BTW I think that T shape works with 2 pairs of panels. That is 8 panels symetrically.
When added more then wobbling began.
I use it for several small power stations on the beginning of survival or for something like small outpost.
If you build DON’T-panels: Good luck! ;)
I'm Using T-Panel
Now, after a game restart, it won't. I try to recompile and run the script again, but it just says '0 Panels created.' and goes blank.
Usually you just need to compile and run.
i have a botton panel with "init" "start" and "stop" but after init and start is not trying to face the sun...
If there are any problems please report! :)
Anyone can confirm the max possible output of 160/40 kW (large/small)?
I can confirm there is something wrong with the maximum output of solar panels the script gets.
Until I upload a new version you can quickfix it by setting MINRELATIVEOUTPUT = 1.98f.
If so, please upload a world! :)
i am using U-Panels and the bottom rotor isnt tracking, and the horizontal rotors seems to only track half the time
...What gifs? I didn't see any of those images animate.
