Strangely, this WAS working for me but now whenever I launch a new game, even with all other mods disabled, I don't start with a Bloodstained Journal ... What am I missing?

Maybe you can contact to people who makes npc mods and make a quest npc mod or something with them

Yes, having a missions even basic NPCs would be great. There was something in PZ where you could find a map that would have markings on it which would allow you locate on it where to find loot.

Thx @Maximillian_Strauss_, @ddraigcymraeg Brother I think you should really work on this mod more bcz we all know PZ is a good game but there is not really a story in the game so there is no purpose too (except for challanges) and even though what you created is very basic it is very good, I am really looking forward for your works bud :steamthumbsup:

Hi, there is no physical lab, but the contents of the serum iirc, can be found randomly,around the vanilla and custom maps whereby eventually the serum can be constructed.

Maximillian did you found out ? I was wondering if that lab is real too, cause I am using this mod,extraction mod and insurgent mod. I am roleplaying as a insurgent soldier who is trying to recover the serum and get back to the secret base with extraction I would recommend it

Can we resize the windows of the text of the notes in parcels? i use PZ with 3x the font size cause im far from the TV and cant read the whole text. the black window with the text seems locked, unlike the inventory

HI, yes, you get parcels that have serum components to create a serum, that can be used when infected.

i have a update: it does work, u will find parcel folders with items inside them. most likley a serum of some sort. im not sure what they do tho im normally not alive long enough to find out

I don't believe it works on IWBUMS B41, the items aren't added to the loot tables so I cant find it. Would it be possible for a separate version to be make with updated loot tables?

@ddraigcymraeg: Thanks for sharing my idea too. I wrote this on the forums, but as I understand it, they are not going to do this, the link to the forum is (ht * tps: /theindiestone.com/forums/index.php? / Topic / 26366-walkthrough-campaign-the-end -is-not-death /). All hope for people with hands (modders). Hopefully, someday it would be wonderful. By the way, if it were possible to promote my idea somehow, it would be very cool!

@DELETED: Great ideas. iirc, originally PZ had NPCs that would give quests, but NPCs were scrapped and so were quests. NPCs will most likely be re-added after animations are done, and hopefully quests too.
Randomized and non-randomized NPCs as well as randomized and non-randomized quests like you mention would be great to have. Sort of like the GTA series, open world with missions.
You should make a suggestion on the indiestone forums to the devs and community.

Hello! Is it possible to make a mod where you can get through the game? What would be the conventions for victory, for example: - "1) Find a car and drive away", you find a car, but it does not have gasoline or any parts, and then additional tasks for a successful mission appear. This is only a small peak, a giant iceberg, which I could give as an example for an even more detailed explanation, but I hope this will be fully enough

Yeah, basically, the quest is to find I think 15 components, which when all found then rewards you with a serum when you have put them together. So you you will not like this mod.

Update that includes support for use with my AIZ Enhanced map pack mod together with Survivors! mod in SP or splitscreen. Basically Valley Station Outpost will be worth checking out with those 2 mods enabled as well.

Made it so that the amount of quest items that can potentially spawn in the world is unlimited, which makes more sense, considering how rare they are and how they all work together.

Major bug fix added. This bug was actually stopping the mod working as advertised. Now all quest items will spawn according to what you set in the SurvivorQuestsDistributions.lua file, as described by the comments in that file.
