The right hand and the left hand cannot fit the weapon well. I think it isn't the right-hand fix problem. I used the original Ellis model and use the .qci file(prop trick). But when I went into game, his hands cannot fit the weapon. When he catches a gun, his left hand cannot touch the gun. When he catches a axe, his right hand cannot touch it.

I am a complete beginner of L4D2 mod. I have a tricky problem recently.
I decompiled the .mdl file and then compiled the .qc file immediately without any change.
Then I put the vpk into the game. But the model was stretched to a strange proportion. It is same for all the mod I downloaded.
Is there anything wrong with my tools?
I use crowbar0.36 for decompiling .mdl and compiling .qc.
