Regardless, The Colonel is a pretty sweet looking skin, and this is coming from soneone who prefers matte black over shiny gold and silver metals. I'd say its a neat skin for the most luxurious of Heisters and Jericho owners alike.
this particular skin was released in the Community Safe 3 so it's available on the Steam Market:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/market/search?q=Colonel&appid=218620
(note: there are different conditions for every skin for payday 2 like in cs go: mint, lightly marked etc.)
For all the other skins which are not released yet you can only vote (thumbs up button) and hope for the best that Overkill will release them in a community safe in the near future. If you want to know which skins are already in game you can have a look at this website:

Cheers
@Just Extraordinaire : glad you like the skin (even without the tactical advantage :)
@ Comand: Ozon Strikes You Back : thanks for your vote! I used the black/gold theme for the other suppressors. And all mods are supported. Cheers
But engravings give you no tactical advantage, whatsoever.
This is a rather realistic skin you could say, simply some nice engravings 'n all, so this is another reason to use the more "standard" black suppressor.
Shiny (metallic) suppressors in general rarely work well with most of the skins in my opinion.
The problem is that sometimes I don't get enough information on the screenshots presented to upvote it even if I like it.
I’ve uploaded a black version of a black suppressor too. I guess it’s a matter of individual taste but maybe I’ll use both designs on the different suppressors. Do you mean with “gold parts above the grip and trigger” the sabre and the scroll? If so you can see a version of the scroll/ slide in those screenshots without the fx I’ve used to give them (and the engraving pattern) a more 3d-ish look. But I think I’ll have a look into the sabre (with the fx) because maybe the shape around it is not the best.
1) So I start with the Mod-support right away: I think I saw your question about the mod support of skins in certain comment sections from different authors. And you are totally right. But as an author myself I tell you why I (personally) don’t come up with all mod support right from the start. First of all I want to check if the community likes the skin-design I’ve made. Or in other words before I put more effort in it while skinning all the mods (and you know there are some weapons which have a ton of mods to skin) I want to make sure that the community mainly likes the skin as well. If the upvote-rate is good I’ll invest the time to finish skinning all mods like I did with “Tony’s Crosskill” etc.
Something about it feels a bit odd... The gold parts above the grip and trigger specifically.
I wouldn't recommend doing anything with them however. Also the shade of golde you've chosen is not the best but it's alright.
Any specific feedback I can give besides that is: I think a black silencer suppressor would be much better with the black grip (in general, black suppressors are usually the safest choice for a skin and the best one, the most badass too).
It makes a big difference, belive me. I'm not voting for locked-mod BS or for something I might or might not enjoy with my specific loadout for a weapon.
@Not in this video: Could you be a little bit more specific please?
@SPGdeathstroke™: Yepp tried to make the black tone a little bit more brighter and added the emblem so the grip now shouldn’t look so blanc anymore … What I meant before was that I’ve tried instead of the black grip a grip with a pearl-looking pattern but I thought it was too much
its should help you, if i understand the problem correctly.
@ Mr. Green : Glad you like it too :)
@ SPGdeathstroke™ : Thank you for your feedback! And yepp it’s black … atm. Did try to put a pearl pattern on it but it looked a little bit too fancy for my taste but I’ll try some things out and upload them so you judge yourself if you like
@ Yamaha : To be honest: Ya bathroom is the best place to show off new skins … love it :D
And yeah engraving-themes are heavily used at the workshop but I cant stop myself making new ones because I really like the art of engraving (analog and digitally) … I think it is really hard to come up with some new stuff atm because pretty much every theme is already existing (except the ones which are highly individual artwork like for example your skins, but that’s nothing I’m capable of due lack of skills tbh). But I’m happy that you like my skin so thank you!
Engravings are overused at this point, but this looks good, can't deny it.
