Bergdorf Goodman is also a lovely building you could try.

And they will miss a few props, doesnt matter that much. I can't be bothered to search a dozen orso times through 1000s of subscribed asssets, which are the same on all my buildings.

You need to include them in the requirements of your asset to be sure. After all, I didn't have them. How would you know who does? Some people may not even realize there are some they don't have, not to mention there are some people who barely even play with additional assets and only subscribe to a few, so how would they know?

They are so common everyone should have them by now.
