this is the 2nd best mod ever created ( the first is skyrim "chuck norris apporved" fus roh dah mod).

It must be because of the load order. It didn't work for me before until I had to redo the checking of mods in the mod manager.

I've seen that for some people it doesn't tend to work. I don't know why that is, to be honest, as I can't reproduce the issue.

I did a quick test with only the mod on and it does work alone. There might be a mod compatability issue, or the game might not have loaded the mod correctly. One of the mods might be accidentally overwriting the table, causing the issue; you'd have to check yourself, however.

I do, although it's usually for Sengoku Jidai... I must admit, though, I also have that "super easy campaign" mod that also (from my experience) affects the FOTS and the "Fots Overpowered Player Units" if that helps

Hey um... I played as Jozai and then immediately attacked the... I forgot what was the closest target that I could use naval fire support on, but then I could use only two. Also, my game crashes when I capture the settlement after that. Don't know why. I'll update you on the names of the settlements as soon as I can.

There's a column in the table I edited that has cooldowns times based on tiers. Probably could edit that; see if that changes anything.

I did some edits to Radious to make it work, but do you know how you can lower the time it takes to fire another naval strike?

If you're asking how naval fire support works, it's the same as the base game. A capable FOTS navy must be within bombardment range (the ring around the navy) of an ally army that includes a general for them to be able to use the fire support in battle.
