Found a mod that does player only. But not many people using it, and someone is reporting the AI no longer upgrades it's units.

Maybe it messes it all up if you change it to player only.

lol yeah i meant half time i read it all wrong lol. because there is so much tech and my friend doesn't like to wait 6 hours to get samurai lol
