As I said it's an old mod that will not work for newer versions of skyrim
nch
1.open the skyrim launcher and uncheck skyrim better performance
2.go to steam/steamapps/common/skyrim
3.DELETE TESV.exe (a.k.a TESV)
4. then go to data and there should be three files Skyrim better performance, and two skyrim performance files
5. delete those files
6. go to steam library and right click skyrim, go to properties (the lowest option) and click it
7. go to the local files tab
8. click check integrity cache and it will download the ORIGINAL (non modded) TESV file
9.play and you shouldn't crash
the manual installations are complicated, whenever i try these no matter what i am trying to install and no matter why i am doing it, it will lead to not working after all the hard work.
Then I saw this :P
Awesome.
Is this still needed because as far as I know Bethesda allowed the game to use more ram?
Also what are the bits and bobs you added and what are the changes to whiterun/solitude?
I ask because I use ENBs and high res texture packs and get the occasional slow down, I want to use this mod but I want to make sure that it doesnt reduce the graphical quality of the game at all.
Thnak you.
