Actually, a swash plate consists of 2 sections: a rotating tilting plate and a non-rotating tilting plate. I consulted with a career helicopter mechanic and an aeronautic engineer on this project.

It's a tilt mechanism, not a swashplate.
The rotor disk does not move in a swashplate mechanism, only the pitch of the rotor blades change periodically.
However its collective (total blade pitch) control is made properly.
