When going for True Transformation, I get this error: "Error in "PostRender" call: ...ng of Isaac Rebirth/mods/naomi_864886299/Rep/Repmain.lua:708: attempt to call a nil value (method 'SaveNaomiState')"

Hey Epico, I also used to have that problem too with some characters and floors lagging the game like crazy. I found out the problem was that I played the game in fullscreen mode. Who knew simply having it in fullscreen could cause so much lag? even having the game take up half of the screen or more drastically reduces the amount of lag. Hope this helps, and if you were already playing not in fullscreen mode or you already found that out by now, then whelp sorry lol.

I have an Issue with the character, everytime I choose her in the starting room the game lags a ton and it continue to lag for every step Naomi takes,sorry for bothering you with these but its a great problem. Thanks for your time

Alright, Repentance update is completed. I couldn't stop trying to improve things so the Repentance version ended up with quite a few changes from Afterbirth+, but hopefully this same workshop item will work for either version.

Repentance has mod support now, but I don't know how stable this mod is yet. Aside from making sure the code still works and Naomi's stats and transformations are correctly calculated, I need to see how the new health balance in Repentance affects her playstyle. If I need to make any significant changes, I will create a new "Repentance version" of the mod so people without that expansion can still use this one.

I'm also considering factoring the new Rotten Hearts and Broken Hearts into mod somehow, but I think fighting for transformations with the other 4 types of hearts already considered would be taking things a bit too far. Instead I am brainstorming a way to allow these types of hearts to work in tandem with her regular transformations. We'll see what I can come up with.

I got 3 red hearts 3 soul hearts 3 black hearts and 3 bone hearts but nothing happend is this a bug?

This is a really neat character but ive noticed some items that change her skin to white when they alter her face

Was tricky early on when I wasnt getting any soul/black hearts, but a few lucky secret rooms got me the 4/4/4 transformation in the womb =D
One question, where does the mara name come from..? It's not mentioned anywhere else.

Good character, I just got done with a run where I had 1 red heart, 6 soul hearts, and 5 sin hearts and beat mega satan. From a challenge perspective, allowing her to keep the 6 of each transformation after you lose the requirements seems iffy, but when I was actually playing I had a lot of fun and was glad i got to keep it after getting a health up. Also, I love the way her shoulder angel and devil are implemented. Even with low attack early on you never feel to endangered with them by your side. Overall, I love the concept of this character and the execution was even better; by far one of the best character mods available. Keep up the good work.

Nice idea. And I also like this character's appearance as well.

@cxx[::::::::::::::::>, The theme behind the character is duality and finding a balance between purity and sin. I don't plan on adding a transformation for deciding not to follow either path for now. I appreciate the suggestion though.

@Dracologist, never heard that. The name was derived from the absurd number of times I mistyped the word while writing the mod.
