antoniodwilliams39; can't imagine what problems you're having with his mod. Once finished with the all perks at 100; you have to then go in and apply all points to the perks you want to be brought to their highest level. Just like when you made a level you have to apply to a perk to make it higher. This mod is a life saver. Thank you; MontyX.

Me thinks this needs to be reworked a little. It might be because i have the uncapper installed and/or used it on an existing character but i got stuck at the level up screen. I was over level 300 before I hard reset my PC (I couldnt alt+tab out).
