Not that I know of. No idea if the Mike (previously Piroszokni) character did it himself years ago.

I guess? It's technically Valve's property, I just dug these up manually from extracting L4D2's VPKs.

Also sniv10, probably but I figured this was good for the people that still wanted some hanging around over none at all.
