Keep in mind, there's a load of planets that I need to fix, and I'm currently trying to balance mod work and getting my work situation squared away.
There would be a light source in the centre of the star witch would be the corresponding colour, and would have an offset so the further away from the star, the dimmer the light.
The existing sun would be replaced by a black skybox with no sun. (There is actually one)
These stars would be useful for creating Galaxies and Clusters.
The light source would extend around 120 times the size of the star, and be similar to a spotlight's that produces shadows, just radiating out in all directions.
Using these stars, you could have binary systems too.
