Hmmm, tbh the growable part is what i liked about it.

You added RICO to the others then why does this one need it too? It makes no sense. Only one or the other needs it. Someone like me who want to use if for its basic growable function cant use it without deactivating RICO.

It prevents from upgrading aswell. Eventually you are stuck with zones full of these.

Well @Crazyglueit ... I did add RICO to all my other Unique Buildings released. This is the first growable one based on a request. However I am sure I read in a mod description that growables with RICO were encouraged. Either way glad you like it man and got great stuff coming up with other authors that am sure you are to like as well.

Trust me, I made the same mistake.

I think they want the unique version to be RICO which makes sense and to have this growable on the side. I just can't see why someone would need a growable to be RICO.

Hey @Crazyglueit. Many thanks. Your following is much appreciated and you can expect new releases towards the end of the week. I understood that RICO was encouraged for growable assets. However I appreciate the info. As someone commented for the request, I will keep this one the way it is but keep that in mind for future projects.

May I suggest to remove RICO on this being a growable. When it spawns it has to be deleted by hand like all other ricos which becomes a pain in many areas such as buldozing lots with growables. Imo and experience RICO doesnt go well with growables.
