@Sterben Use the mod 'speed limits' ; with this mod you can give each train it's own max speed

It seems that the author has not responded in a while.

Is it possible to change the speed limit?
I want all my trains to go at max. 120km/h.

and if not, could u say me if i can change the number in the folder of this mod?

could u change the speed limit to 600km/h? for the hovering track and trains?

@MartinKutil; You base the speed limit of the train on the track with this mod.
EG; If you have a TGV running over a 50km/h track. the TGV can only hit 50km/h/.
But if you lay a 300km/h track. and put a steam engine on it. then the steam engine can(in theory) hit 300km/h. providing that the engine is strong enough to get the train to 300km/h(HP/traction etc depending).

Wait wait wait, I don't get it. Can you change the speed limit of the trains? Or the Tracks? I'm confused, someone explain.

great track mod ares. i tried to work it with trunky's speed limit mod. but your mod overwrites the speed limit of that one too. is there a way to make it work?

I have a 500kph track, can u change it/make a new one which sets max speed to 500?

@Oldhip you can always use this speed mod to limit the trains to lower speeds. Also in my track mod tracks with higher speeds than 120km/h are gradually available since 1900.

I only critised the track mod and my statement is as below, max speed on all trains is not good, I have to relay all my tracks to get trains to run at a sensible speed, this is a brilliant mod except for this one issue.

@Oldhip I don't get it, why do you critisise all my mods without giving a single argument?

Bad idean to have max speed on all trains, ruins what should be a brilliant brilliant idea

@GJST1976 Danny66 has deleted all his mods from steam. No idea why.

@Ernst Seems like even vanilla game uses max speed for calculation of costs and maintenance. I've reduced the max speed from 1 000 km/h to 320km/h. The prices are 3 times lower than before, but still higher than vanilla. Although i think its enjoyable balance now.

I just watch again ingame ... its only the Waggons from 15 k/year -> 600 k/year for example... the trains alll normal price, i turn all mods off

@_Ares28_ yes maybe, but i just watch in my list and i can not find anyone .... but i know i had one before but i can not find anymore in my list ... well but i think this is the problem.

@Ernst seems like Balance mod use max speed to calculate values.

Great Mod, but the Price adjustment is some bad if i use the Mod, all is super expensive.
