If you un-installed this mod, and if your original combine skins doesn't show up, don't panic.
go the the console and type in, menu_cleanupgmas
This should wipe out any files on your Gmod Program that still blocks you from having your original combine back.
Thus, when you run this command, Gmod will completely clean up your mods, look for files that doesn't belong in the engine, then your old combine will return back to it's normal skin state. And Ka-Bam, there you have it.
Your Original-Old Combine is back! :D
