Checked out the delirious dimensions mod, I really love to see one of the best Minecraft mods from years ago to be re-added into this game... Hopefully it will be released on steam soon.

i wish there was an easy way of doing that.. lol
can you make a discussion thread to help people keep track of what uses this mod? xD
ugh i really want airless moon dungeons D;

@Fuyuno So far, the only mods that require this mod (to my knowledge) are Gyrusens+ & Delusive Dimensions (unreleased in steam, alpha in the forums). There could be other mods beyond my knowledge that could use this mod too! Usually they will tell you if they require it or not.

do you have a list of mods that require this mod? xD

Right and logs get annoyingly long if you test for everything. I now see your point for making this.

@Hieru It's easy to patch up, but the problem is that multiple mods that patch the same directory will either require a mod that already adds the listing that may or may not have anything to do with dungeons directly or even altogether, or overwrite each other (since you'd have to both add the listing and the dungeons to add).

Batch-patch tests are also an option but I've found them quite unreliable most of the time, and it does affect initial bootup especially if you have a large selection of mods/a large load of patches.

The mod is really just a middle-man to avoid overlapping and overwriting as the vanilla files don't have the listing available.

I belive every every modder who wants to add a dungeon to a non supported planet is capable of patching this up for themself, if they aren't god help them XD

finally a reason to explode moons and barren planets.

After the game says barren planets are great for building.....so why would everyone else say away?
same for the moon apart from the ghosts.

I'm happy to hear it!

@ZOIYYK Unfortunately, the mods have to be 'built' towards Airless Dungeons for it to work properly. Non-atmospheric biomes don't have the "dungeons" list, and all mods that place the list on their own tend to overwrite each other. The mod basically just adds the list so other mods don't overwrite it, or have to make compatibility patches just so it works with another certain mod.

@whitejpg Damn right it does! Right now it's currently uploaded but private, as I'm testing a couple of things with it and other mods as well, but soon enough it'll be released to the public.

@=PF= Solaris I agree, man. It's only just an empty list... XD

Yooo does this mean the Gyrusens+ mod is going to make an appearence on the workshop soon? That mod is dope :steamhappy:
ZOIYYK 20 Feb, 2017 @ 11:56pm
Curious. Does this mod enable dungeon creation on non-atmospheric planets for every mod that adds dungeons or do the mods have to be built explicitely to use this?
