+1 to the idea and the model. I hope to see more custom wards for different heroes. This would encourage warding which I am all for. Excellent work!

The only critque I have as an animator is to off set the movement of the pieces when they hover up and down. It's all in unison right now and it's awkward to the eye.

I really like it, but you know what would make it even better? If, first, the wings and the eyes moved seperately, even slightly, it just looks a little strange right now. And second, if the cloth moved in the wind slightly...Valve may be able to do that wth their cloth simulation though.
