Report a translation problem
The bug is not that common as I have only seen it 2-4 times since I downloaded the mod about a week ago.
I not sure how Insurgency mods work internally but I think it only happens on the third person model of 1 or 2 classes if they have a specific loadout.
No/bad glove texture for some classes:

I don't know if the shadows are a setting on my end but the vanilla game has them on the same settings.
A couple suggestions:
1) Some of the class/loadouts only have a balaclava and combat goggles for head gear and look a bit out of place compared to the others. Adding a lighter SF helmet, a hat of some kind, hearing protection, communication equipment or some variation thereof would fix this somewhat.
2) Also better images on the mod page would increase the mod's adoption rate eg. A new main image and loadout images for no/medium/heavy armor of each class.
