Honestly, I can't blame you. There isn't really much space for changing sprites into OFF related ones. Although, may I make a suggestion? Could you maybe change the Dead Bird to Japhet? I think it's a starting item for Eve.

If there's anything I'd want to see is Mega Satan replaced by Enoch. At his second stage he would be carried back up by the birds.

To be honest, if this actually went somewhere with more graphic changes, you'd be a god in my eyes. I already have an off music replacement mod.
