If that was the case, I do have a couple of suggestions. One would be turn your graphical settings down just for this scenario, but i've really no evidence that would affect anything. Otherwise, it would be a case of editing the scenario and moving the train a few metres before saving, exiting completely and then trying to play the scenario again.
Incidentally, I did have dialogue the other day with another user regarding another of my scenarios, the Class 325 one on the North London Line. For whatever reason, when they tried to play it, it started at a completely different time and traffic wasn't moving. They then un-subscribed, made sure it was completely removed from the system and then re-subscribed, it then worked fine. I can only assume something is going wrong when the scenario downloads/installs from the workshop, and it also doesn't seem to affect every user.
As a scenario creator it is very frustrating. Even a scenario which in this case is 40 minutes long can take multiple hours to create, and then I test right through a minimum of 3-4 times before release. To then release and see it not work as intended, for whatever reason, even for one person, is quite annoying!
