I'm testing update. It's seems not be compatible with "random Tech and Civic mode" game options.
I don't know if "dramatic age mode" work too.

I have a working GS version for extended Civics, science and Eras; since those items specifically moves through fast through the game. If I get enough download, I may consider adding more mods, if time permits.

I agree and I am mixed between 2x and 3x lol I am finding if you play out a 3x game, you need 2500 turns or so. 2x you can do 1500 and be okay heck even 1000 is fine. Need the eras to slow down with this mod, then it would be perfect. :steamhappy:

It's not working without R&F either. I'm using vanilla and research times doesn't change with or without the mod.

I started a game with the X3 speed. Good game until I realized I was in the classical era and it was 2500 BC. Is that why I keep seeing start in the cassical era throughout the posts in the comments? I was thinking about combining the take your time mod to this to see if it would "fix" the year issue in reference to civics and research speed.

So the only issue is the year count falls too far behind? Never really looked at that anyway.

Yes you should do it. First Era wil be very long on Marathon Speed.

sure. Problem is: it impossible to divide 3 months (minimum month rate on atomic age) per 10, 5 or 4... thats why 3 is the better...

This one seams to be pretty good tech vs year count.. maybe it's a bit behind on the years vs where you are on the tech tree but i like that.For me better the year counter be a bit behind than in front lol!

Have not tried times 2 yet but I will, I think this one is my favorite though so thanks!!!

Marathon Years worked but not the Other Speed.
Don't know why...Game Don't check the other like EPIC after marathon's line.
Vanilla Game seem lost one of the 8 eras MonthIncrement on EPIC (only 7)
Add 5 files Years TimeX (one per GameSpeed)

im really not good at modding so i cant think of what could help :/ what about an overlay of the calender ?

There are no dates prelocated. The time passes by just in month even if it shown in years:
X month which pass by turn during Y turns.
X is <MonthIncrement>30</MonthIncrement>
Y is <TurnsPerIncrement>340</TurnsPerIncrement>
Once the number of turns end, it passes in the following rule, which is the same does not specific name but which I think is adjusted all the same to follow the historic era.
You just have to go to see the file Gamespeed. xml on GameSpeed_Turns to realize that it is associated with nothing.
The MAJ should be able to make follow user of the mod in the time all the same.

Il n'y a pas de dates présise. Le temps s'écoule juste en mois même si affiché en années:
X mois qui s'écoulent par tour pendant Y tours.
X étant <MonthIncrement>30</MonthIncrement>
Y étant <TurnsPerIncrement>340</TurnsPerIncrement>
Une fois le nombre de tours écoulés il passe à la règle suivante, qui est la même qui ne porte pas de nom spécifique mais qui je pense est tout de même réglée pour suivre les ères historiques.
il vous suffit d'aller voir le fichier Gamespeed.xml puis <GameSpeed_Turns> pour se rendre compte qu'il n'est associé à rien.
La MAJ devrait pouvoir faire suivre les utilisateus du mod dans le temps tout de même.

is it possible to assign historically accurate dates and freeze it on those dates to each tech (not civic), that would complete my obsession :)

Est-il possible d'assigner des dates historiquement précises et de le figer sur ces dates à chaque tech (non civique), cela compléterait mon obsession :)

does this slow the year timer in the right hand corner ? If not it should other than that really enjoying the mod :)
