(Could be 1,5 though. You can check it by first typing "GetAV SpeedMult" which will show you the vanilla stats. If it is 1.00 then use 1.5 for the modded value.)
If have read somewhere that the change might not get stored in the savegames. In that case simply repeat it the next time you load the game.
In soul cairn, Dawnguard DLC.
Go to the main gate at the castle where you find the vamp. mother, then go straight right, search the area for a smell temple like thingy. A horse skull will be in the middle on a small pillar. Four mistmen will appear. :)
As my mod adds no new objects with unique IDs, I suggest deactivating "Faster Arvak" first, loading the savefile that used it, saving the game to a new file and afterwards activating FVH. That way "Faster Arvak" will unload correctly and you should be able to switch mods without any problems.
