It wasn't critisism, it didn't add anything to the comment section.
It was just hating for the sake of hating.
It should be in your addons list under the title: "TF2 Hex; Ike's Femme Pyro Steel Sixpack Fix".
There might be the tiny possibility I forgot to include the model file in the upload, which makes in unfindable in Gmod, but I'm fairly certain it's in there.

Nah, it was just an unmapped texture somewhere. The model was using a default Steel Sixpack texture instead of a custom one.
Like, the custom texture was there, but the .vtm wasn't coded to say "use this custom texture", so it just derped out.
