I have downloaded it and all I get is a horn sound not a siren. it just blasts it does not work at all,not even if you use a horn with multiple horns

I agree with kiop305, this mod was one of my favourites, but it needs to be updated for the 1.40 version.

PLEASE DO IT!!!

can turn it on with beacon("o" key)?i don't want to turn it on with always press a button.

Nope. TruckersMP doesn’t support ANY mods. Only savegame editing for other trailer colors is possible.
