Actually, now that I think about it, this might be where I started to get "good". In fact, I think this series in general is where I started to get better. Started to make my own geometry and not just find a pre-existing map and fill it with 100's of baddies.

reading that description for some reason reminded me about when barnacles and ceiling turrets didnt load in with the rest of the objects in a save, which made them useless. i feel old thinking back to those times, mostly because i dont even remember much from then.
