Even when enabled the MOD is flagged as incompatible (Have not installed Rising Storm). Road moment is unchanged with the MOD enabled. The speed of a carnival is 6 hexes.

I'm having trouble with this mod. It's nice to see 4-move builders and 6-move galleys, but the 2-MP per hex water movement really doesn't help. I stripped down to only YnAMP and this mod, and that's what I'm seeing.

I'm going through testing all the mods I use and it looks like this one bounces back to the main menu when trying to start a game
