Just built this via projector, the front connector is disconnected from the rest of the ship.

Only 1 bone to pick so far and this is before veiwing the ship physicaly. Should really list the Upgrade Modules if any to Assemblers and Refinery. Helps people make a decsion on if it's right for them when looking for a mothership/home base or just a general run of the mill ship to get them going. Details are key and everything else is really well listed and i like that.

Zephyr🐾 7 Aug, 2019 @ 4:34pm
how do i use the drone
Rastek 5 Jun, 2019 @ 11:27am
I don't even need this, though i'm going to spawn it just to set it on fire
F3n3K 30 May, 2018 @ 10:55am
So funny. Anyway...
Malmhrid  [author] 28 May, 2018 @ 7:44am
@Wen: Sorry for the late reply, thank you for confirming everything is in order :)
Wen 1 May, 2018 @ 5:07am
@Malmhrid Everything is working fine. I managed to even build it using projector and nanobots and its working fine. Great fleet btw ;)
F3n3K 26 Apr, 2018 @ 1:23pm
sorry i can't try, i don't use anymore this ship...
Malmhrid  [author] 26 Apr, 2018 @ 9:16am
@F3n3K: Game updates sometimes require script updating etc., so I decided to check the blueprint again just now. The scripts are working fine, and so is the airtightness, so I can not see how the problems are in the blueprint. If your FPS drops due to scripts and lcd-screens, I suggest trying to restart the game after pasting the ship (it works for me at least), or staying clear of script-heavy ships altogether.
F3n3K 25 Apr, 2018 @ 6:32am
sam problem, with or without airtightness on or off, many script bug and stop due to complexity, LCD bugs, many FPS drops, clearly not finish.
deerbrain 25 Feb, 2018 @ 9:13pm
Thanks!
Malmhrid  [author] 25 Feb, 2018 @ 9:12pm
Double check server/map settings, airtightness may be turned off by default.
deerbrain 25 Feb, 2018 @ 4:41pm
Oxygen always displays "Leaking" even when freshly built/spawned in.
Malmhrid  [author] 11 Nov, 2017 @ 1:26am
@Crasher: Sure, I will look into it when I find the time. In the meantime, if you place the large lcds yourself, and copy the information in the "custom data"-tab on the small cockpit lcds onto that of the large ones, they will display the same.
Crasher 7 Nov, 2017 @ 2:30pm
could you maybe make a version that doesnt use small grids for the displays so it can be built from projection with full functionality?
Malmhrid  [author] 5 Aug, 2017 @ 7:16am
@tkleinman: I have not been able to recreate that problem, what other details can you give me?

@Wuler: I never left! The strike carrier 'Tyrant' is currently being constructed in the Fleet shipyards, though I'm afraid that I'm terribly slow when building large ships..
Wuler 4 Aug, 2017 @ 9:43pm
Come back to us! We need more ships! :D
Dolphinator 4 Aug, 2017 @ 3:44pm
When I spawn in the ship it says that the airlock vent in the entrance is leaking. Help me pls.
GudTaters 26 Jul, 2017 @ 8:00pm
Experiments show it is a spotty occurence. Some loads or worlds will have it, some will not. I have had also had a single occurence with a different grid. I suspect it is a problem unique to my computer...
I do love the hsip though
Malmhrid  [author] 26 Jul, 2017 @ 12:41pm
I have tried to recreate the deaths that you describe, but for me it is working fine. You have tried to create new worlds, repaste, etc. I assume?
GudTaters 22 Jul, 2017 @ 10:08pm
Everytime I get close to a door on this ship (and only this ship) I die.
I try to go in thru the main entrance: dead.
The hangar: dead
The thruster bay: dead
If I try to respawn inside the ship, I'm dead within five seconds, sometimes instantly.
It bums me out 'cause for a long time this has been one of my favorite ships to fly...
Anyone else having this issue?

**The ship's bewitched cap'n. We are cursed men, doomed to die a thousand deaths in Klang's locker...**

Thank you for your constant help. A while back an update basicaly turned my old Gcard useless so I'm just now coming back, lots of new blocks and things I don't understand. After using my suit's remote control I have brought it back online and usable from the ship. I also like the patched look for if I am doing quick repairs in space. But if I can land somewhere and get some peace being able to pull back the old color feels natural. Once again, thank you for your help, I honestly love this ship, although I worry that if I use my spoils to buff up its armor to heavy plates I won't be able to land/take off from planets any more.
Malmhrid  [author] 4 Jun, 2017 @ 12:06am
@Not a Heretic: Hehe, welcome back. I honestly don't know, other than making sure that the antennas are within broadcasting range. Many problems can be explained with the buggy nature of the game, I'm afraid. Perhaps grind down the remote control and weld it up again? The repair projector is projecting an all-grey blueprint (I liked the "patched" look after repairing), but you can turn on the projector, chose this workshop blueprint, and the projection will be in colour!
Zidzan 3 Jun, 2017 @ 11:50pm
Hey Hey Hey, guess who's back? I was running around survival, using the drone to mine and all that jazz when suddenly I was kicked out of drone control and both the antenna control and remote control had gone dark. Naturaly I assume something broke, but when i got out there everything was operating as normal, all intact and brodcasting still enabled, lots of power. I fiddled with it a bunch but couldn't Un-grey the remote or the antenna back in the ship's control. Also as an aside, whenever i use the projector to fix damage(Amazing feature btw) the parts come back white. How could i get the parts to come back their original color?
Malmhrid  [author] 2 Jun, 2017 @ 12:36pm
@Not a Heretic: Hmm, never happened to me before, though it might be that the landing gear or connector disconnected when the ship was pasted or something. Is the timer block named "cockpit reconnector" active and doing its job? It should "trigger now" on itself and "lock" on both the cockpit landing gear and connector.
Zidzan 2 Jun, 2017 @ 12:30pm
Thank you, that did it, although It seems I'm back to bug you again. On a jump the whole front dash becomes dissconnected from its connector. Any ideas on how i can keep this from happening?
Malmhrid  [author] 2 Jun, 2017 @ 3:10am
@Not a Heretic: I don't quite understand it myself, but the drone's antenna unchecks "enable broadcasting" when you paste the entire ship. If you enable broadcasting, it will work. It must be a game bug, because it happens on all ships once in a while, even after making sure that the drone antennas are enabled before blueprinting the ships.
Zidzan 2 Jun, 2017 @ 1:07am
I'm having some trouble with the mining drone. The moment i Dissconnect it from the ship my connection is severed and i become unable to use it. If you could tell me what im doing wrong i would appreciate it.
Malmhrid  [author] 11 Mar, 2017 @ 3:25pm
@Lydon Rayleonard: I had the same things in mind when I made the ship! I too would love to see a server with more game options for multi-crew ships, not only combat and survival.

@Elemental Gamer: It was used in the weekly update video at least :)
BabyInAnMRI 11 Mar, 2017 @ 2:08pm
Wait, wasn't this ship in the latest Space Engineers mod update showcase video?
Lydon Rayleonard 11 Mar, 2017 @ 2:15am
Dude this ship...just holy fuck.....This ship just makes me want to try to figure out how to have a Firefly/Swan Song style of play on a server, if it is even possible. The different jobs you could take with it, the unique feel it has, just makes me crave having friends to play a multi-crew ship like this with.
Malmhrid  [author] 10 Mar, 2017 @ 3:24pm
@WilliamWalrus: It was a christmas gift from Whiplash141, made by him using a converter program he made! I've used it on my creations ever since.
Mad_House 10 Mar, 2017 @ 11:00am
Hey Malmhrid, how did you get your logo onto the LCDs? I've been curious about that for a while now.
Malmhrid  [author] 10 Mar, 2017 @ 8:31am
Hello everyone, and thank you! I'm very glad that you enjoy using the ship, nothing gives me more pleasure. I was surprised to see it used in the update video, entirely unexpected!
Uhthis 10 Mar, 2017 @ 5:09am
Just saw this in the update video, literally paused the video and decided to subscribe, it looked that good!
Xocliw  [developer] 10 Mar, 2017 @ 2:36am
Incredible ship... I had a lot of fun with it when recording the update video this week... :D:
jso 9 Mar, 2017 @ 2:15pm
Love the whole TNF pack, great work
Taun Hawk 9 Mar, 2017 @ 11:09am
What a great ship to explore in. Really well built and thought out. Thanks for sharing your creation with the community!
Backseat Dac 9 Mar, 2017 @ 10:48am
Congrats on having this featured on the official update video today :)
hodzinymoregadzo 9 Mar, 2017 @ 9:43am
Mahlmrid you are the best. I was waiting for something that will thrump the nightfall an you did it. Well done! :steamhappy:
Ace of Kings 8 Mar, 2017 @ 2:35pm
You did an amazing job with the mapping images. Good job!
kris220b 8 Mar, 2017 @ 7:55am
@Malmhrid

90% sure someone somewhere out there, that has made a fancy automatic programme for doing it
Malmhrid  [author] 8 Mar, 2017 @ 7:51am
@kris220b: Oh absolutely, and I'm sure that there's an easier way to do it that I don't know of.
kris220b 8 Mar, 2017 @ 3:04am
@Malmhrid

cutting out the exact shape of the ship, sounds tidius
Malmhrid  [author] 8 Mar, 2017 @ 2:16am
Thank you everyone, I'm glad to have made something you enjoy!
@ Elirium: I take three screenshots of the ship, removing blocks to reveal different parts/decks etc. on each. In photoshop I cut out the ship from each screenshot and paste it on a "blueprint" background, and add arrows, text and transparent coloured overlays. I'm not very good at photoshop, so I'm sure there are more fancy ways to do it!
Mad_House 8 Mar, 2017 @ 1:51am
Very nice, I'm a bit jealous. Have to step up my design game in the future.
kris220b 8 Mar, 2017 @ 1:49am
i would like to know as well
i need to reupload a lot of my ships anyways, and doing cutout plans seams like a good idea
kaylo7 7 Mar, 2017 @ 10:32pm
Beautifully clunky, old industrial feel to it!
claudeklineiii 7 Mar, 2017 @ 3:11pm
love the design, look and feel. One day i'll make a ship that looks this good
