I'd suggest not removing double verticies on your models, since it creates that weird plastic-ish kind of look, but if that's what lets the model fit within Source limitations, I guess it's fine.

Looks good except kinda weird around where the door meets the rear fender. Not sure what exactly it is but it's most apparent if the car is left white.
