it looks cool but he holds the thing to far up the handle and same with the mace and a 1 handed version would be cool

From the picture I thought it was a one handed axe... It's a shame, I would have wanted a one handed axe like that

Also, it seems that the axe isn't held properly in the players hands, and it looks odd when he swings. Could you fix this as well?

It seems that you can't enchant the axe when you craft the unenchanted version. I don't know if this is a bug or not but I made it just to apply my own enchantment. Please, would you mind fixing this?

I love this mod, great detail. But a downer for me is the battleaxe being listed in the greatsword category.

I'm sot sure whats causing your quest error. The quest conditions are looking for if you allready started the quest and if your in the Gray Pine Goods cell.

You can try disabling the mod, loading a save from before you loaded the mod, save out, renable the mod, then try loading the quest again from the fresh save you just did.

this removes the need to complete any quest and obtain special crafing items. Just download it and copy over the existing .esp

I have a little problem with this DCR mod. I subscribe, wait a few seconds and launch skyrim. The launcher checks my mods butit want not download this one. I don't know why, all the others DCR mods and many else work fine...

u should work on an armor set man, your attention to detail and realism in your work is awesome, would love to to see your idea of dcr plate armor (with a little black fur for the nord badass effect lol)

You can try reloading the mod from a prevous save before the mod was first loaded. If that doesnt work, I have an optional "quest skip" .esp download over at the nexus. The quest is still there if you ever want to complete it, but it removes the special mats required from the normal version. solaf doesnt have the book, cant start quest but have the crafting ability, but no propper unique materials.. help

The axe look awesome, but the way it handles, it's look like a sword, which is weird...

Is there a reason the unenchanted version of the axe can't be enchanted with normal enchants? Or am I encountering a bug of some sort?

The start of the quest was a little tricky (only started when I've entered Moss Mother Cavern), but it was a quite good. The Avenger is the most lovely weapon so far, at least a battleaxe, that not just effective, but looks goddam great! Thank you a thousand times!

Have the animations been fxed?

The journal "reforging the steel" has a list for both weapons; or if you just go to a forge, it shows what you need like any other crafted weapon.

Great quest. I like the fact you have to really search the cavern. Not just follow a quest marker. One question though.... I've completely forgot where to find the list of items needed to craft the weapons... I remember reading it but totally forgot where??? Please help.

Ok, got the book, did the quest, but now that i have what i need, i can't make the weapons still cuz for some reason it decides that, even though i have 80+, that i dont have enough grand soul gems...even though it only needs 5...

Solaf sells the book in his store. It's set in his vendor inventory. If it's not showing up, try changing the load order of the .esp. Move this mods esp down the list.

Enjoyed the quest and very detailed weapons with a supprisingly unique enchantment that i would never have thought of. :)
