@zArkham4269, re your first question, you actually shouldn't even be able to expend a worker if there isn't an available tile for the resource to spawn. This should be notified on the tooltip on the expend button (when mousing over).
Re the second question/issue, I actually don't know. It shouldn't be a problem, but I will look into it.

Oh, potential glitch or maybe a mod conflict (My new game is use Panem et circenses) I have an island where I expended a worker and got the gold resource. Yet for some reason, I can't build a mint in that city. I don't recall this every being a problem before.

Been having a lot of fun with this mod, especially since both events work. I love getting GA points for traffic and given where this Civ was historically, it makes a LOT of sense. One question though. I have a city on a two hex island with no land hexes in range. What will happen if I use a worker given the only other land hex is already occupied by iron?

@Fridericus Quercetum Caesar, there was an issue yes, but I've just pushed an update which takes care of this along with a couple of other things (see changelog).

@zArkham4269, there was an issue with the decisions, but it has been fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for pointing it out

Potential problem. Cannot engage the Trade Expedition. However, one of my Turruca is the free one you get with the Great Lighthouse. Will see if I can do the even after I get 3 bullt Turrucas.

Later in the same game. Built a worker in a non-capital city; worker expended automatically and no resourced gained. However, didn't lose the two workers you get for building the Pyramids.

@zArkham4269, sounds strange, but I actually tested this with the CP myself and didn't experience any issues. I'll take a second look at it tonight and get back to ya

Not sure if this is a Mod conflict or not but in the capitol, a built worker is automatically expended. Plus in my first try, I moved a worker into the capitol to protect it from a barbarian unit and it too got expended automatically by the next turn. Possible Community Patch conflict?
