TBH stellaris' Titans and Leviathans are but a piss poor attempt at ISB's T&Ls and aren't even that good looking either
If I am going to update it will be around Christmas when I actually have days off, so if you can wait until then I'll try and push out an update
It might be awhile ISB itself is having problems so no point in updating this patch if ISB isn't being actively managed.
