You'll find it there among the other DLC packs.
Also, it pays to use the client versus the website.

O.O
It says Dawnguard DLC required at the top...
Nope. Because the crossbows require Dawnguard's crossbow reload animation.
thanks your mod is perfect
Nothing wrong with keeping it lore friendly like Reagal's version.
Sure, you can use mods to cheat and get around limitations placed by the developers, but you can also use them to -enhance- the game, or to fix loathesome issues. I prefer the latter approach. Better to give Vampires something, rather than to completely remove the entire point of the Dawnguard questline. That's just bad design. Vampires get the Vampire Lord power, Dawnguard gets the special bows and bolts.
If you want both of them, use console commands, or make the mod yourself. There are many tutorials out there to help you with that, but don't ask me to do it because it robs the player of actually having to make a choice allthewhile eliminating the entire point of the Dawnguard questline.
The first line of your description is "Sick and tired of the Dawnguard having all the fun with Skyrim's new Crossbows? Lament no further! "
I'm still lamenting because it's still only the Dawnguard having fun with the Crossbows...
TL;DR, I can't do that. It'll render the Dawnguard questline completely useless, thus breaking the game.
If this changes and I am allowed to use all crossbows and bolts on my vampire, I will install it.
I kid, I kid. I'll certainly think about it. I think it'd be logical to assume Blacksmiths and weapons vendors would carry such things, although I'll probably restrict it to just steel crossbows, as dwarven stuff is generally harder to come by fiction-wise. I'll have to research how vendor inventories work and see what I can come up with :3
Now I'm making a corssbow and hunting people, the way the world was meant to be. Again, Thank you so much for the great mod and the help.
