jec hasnt shown back up in the discords
agian no one wants to maintain them
jecs mods are not considered essential and are considered legacy projects
However calling mods abandoned usually angers modders when they return to update stuff
They are issues with incredibly unmaintained races
Jec hasn't really maintained any of his mods since 1.2
As he shows up for a month after each major rw version then poofs again.

Elder things doesn't use any of those newer systemsx.
For me it's specifically this mod, not the cults or horrors. It is unfortunate, but I never used an elder thing anyway. They are genuinely too out of the way compared to everything else. I do enjoy the cult mo when I'm not using ideology and the horrors are nice later on in the game.
Just a thought!

Not at this time. Currently it just requires standard HAR.

I have gone ahead and written C# code to fix any red errors that might normally be associated with HAR issues. The only recommendation I have is not to force xenotypes on the Elder Things (which will not happen naturally due to C# code).
