Too much wooden blocks and braces, try to reduce some of them. For the steering, I think there are a few ways to fix it.

It's nice to see you posting in Besiege again! 😃 The long suspension travel looks neat while off-roading, and the exaggerated lean in the turns is cool, too, since it emphasizes how fast you're going.
