Well, you just go to my patreon page. There you see posts, usually they are tagged "download" or "map". In the past, the file was attached directly to the post, now I leave a download link, this is a forced measure, there is a subscription check.

Most of them also have a bunch of modifications and coloring. Models are exported in their own special format; there are still problems with animations in general.
Download the game, CodeWalker+Blender or OpenIV+GIMS+3Ds Max and look for them yourself, it's too much.
