Not going to lie, this is much more creepy.

This mod only contains 2 files: P_hk47_01.tga (skin) & PO_pHK47.tga (portrait).
To diagnose the issue you can search your Steam folder for those files, see if the search comes up with more than 1 of each files. If so then perhaps another file gets precedence and the file from this mod gets ignored. If that's not it then I'm out of ideas for now.

reinstalled the m4 and restored mods and re sub to everthing but hk is still the same old color but atton and t3 got their reskin . help me if possible

its cool how you changed the icon for hk-47 bacause some mods are lazy and dont ;)

This mod is blasphemy of the highest order. HK-47 is the most effecient and deadly assassin droid in the universe as he is. You do not simply repaint him, so the faulty knock of 50 series can mock him further. You sully his good name. Shame on you all.

anyways i still like the texture because im edgy and red and black are amazing colors in my opinion so THANKS FOR THE MOD YOU ARE A GOD OF MODDING FOR JUST CHANGING ONE CHARACTER MODEL!

Could be. HK-50 should have yellow eyes, this mod gives red eyes (like HAL 9000).

I only have this and the different jedi robes mods maybe its just me seeing HK-50 as black instead of grey

I don't see how this mod can cause that, this mod contains just 2 files; a new portrait and a new skin (P_hk47_01.tga). HK-50 uses the gray C_HK50 texture. Maybe you have another mod that could be causing it?

This also edits HK-50 to appear as black too (the HK unit you destroy at the beggining of the game)
