Some ideas for you: ice axe (instakill dissidents), mosin rifle (~ twice as epic as AK47), sarafan&kokoshnik (ladywear, both must add resistance to fire and ability to stop running horses) ushanka&vatnik (gentware, resistance to cold and alcohol poisoning), burzhujka (small stove for cooking and heating), tushonka (canned meat, no rotting). This post was a semi-joke.
