Hey everyone, thanks for your feedback! I did decide to rebalance this pantheon so it only provides +1 GPP, but I've included it in a package of four other pantheons I've created (which you can find here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=885732182&searchtext= ). I'll leave this here in case anyone wants to keep the +2 bonus.

to make it more simple in wording maybe make it like the city state of stockholme ability (just to clarify more easily and reduce words needed)

Interesting Patheon! Since Commercial Districts will likely be in most of your cities, this Patheon probably makes itself strong from that part alone. The Great Engineer Points and Great Scientist Points are simply gravy. I'd suggest scaling it back to +1 point for each district type, both to keep it in line with Divine Spark and because Great Merchants and Engineers are two of the best Great People in the game.

Additionally, Divine Spark is actually pretty good if your going for a Tourism win. The Scientist Points help keep your techs in sync with your civics and getting a religion helps Tourism a bit too.

depu, if it was +1 to all of those, then it would be useless as +1 IS Divine Spark

I think you need to balance it out as +1 to all of those, or else it becomes a little OP and divine spark becomes almost useless

This is actually great, but maybe make it +1 great person points like divine spark? And replace great scientist from campuses to great general from encampments?
