Looks like New Hampshire Motor Speedway to me, Oxford Motor Speedway is in Maine and is half the size. It's a local short track that nascar drivers sometimes attend one event at.

I know this'd probably be too big to have in Hammer, let alone the source engine to even compute correctly but.

why is it i try to load up this map EVERYTIME in singleplayer it sends me to a DarkRP Server i DO NOT want to go on? this hapens within 1 minute of loading the map

It's recommended to try LoneWolfie's Chevrolet Monte Carlo NASCAR and Steel's three driveable stock cars. Someone has made a skin pack for each available stock car, too.
