Description:
An unbalanced mod to make webber op!
has nightvision and gains sanity when on spider webs.
can sleep in spider dens.
spider den now costs 3 silk 2 glands 1 reeds
day removes sanity while night is nuetral sanity
stats go to 200 hunger (cuz 2 stomachs) 100 sanity (cuz he was eaten by a spider) 200 health (cuz 2 bodies)
spawns with 2 dens 2 cave spider dens 10 silk 5 glands 4 monster meat (like wigfrid spawns with 4 meat)
beard grows day 2 4 6 and give same amount of silk as days
spiders auto-follow him
no generally hostile mobs agro him, all nuetral mobs insta-agro, and passive mobs are just scared
(giants are not agro ;D)

So. I love this mod and Webber and can you add night-vision and sleeping in cocoons?. Please.

this day sanity sucks

The fact that a spider loses his mind in the day does not sound appealing to me. Have you ever noticed that the spiders hunt in the day and night? Webber should rather have a night vision instead of losing Sanity on the day. My opinion about it.

@toroic this is probably a dumb question, but where do I find webber's file? I know where to find it on normal DS, but i can't find it on DST.

@UnkownGameguy76 I believe that pigs attack webber because he has the "monster" tag. If you commented that out (put "--" without quotes before the line) then I believe they would act normally. Webber befriending spiders is due to the "spiderwhisperer" tag.

Is there any way to make pigs passive towards webber? I almost mainly rely on them in non-webber runs, plus making a pig farm is a pain with them being aggro towards you. I can't seem to find a mod to do this, u think u could help?

@lucifer, normally webber doesnt trigger spider nests by himself, im not sure if this mod changes that or not but i think it should, since webber cant normally trigger them they are very hard to get in the daytime. having them come out (and of course be nuetral to webber) would help his powers alot.

Since he is a spider make it so that he wont trigger spider nests, please and thank you.

@Jonny I've disabled the webbing changes until I have time to refactor them. The issue is that depth dwellers attack everything that touches their webs, unlike the normal or even cave spiders. I'll need to figure out what exactly I need to change to get them to work as we'd like (and sort out the movement bugs), and then re-enable it.

@Toroic I'm not sure if this was inteional or not, but webber also seems to be no longer friendly with depth dwellers, I tried this with naturally spawning ones since spawned ones only went to sleep after they had been spawned.

@Toroic I am not using any other mods, is webber suppose to be running at the same speed as the characters do when going down a road? Because he doesn't seem to be changing speed.

@Jonny, that's strange and I can't replicate the behavior in my game. Are you using any other mods, and if so which?

@Eguzz74 no, spiders will not attack you for stepping on the webbing. They just go investigate and return to the nest during the day.

so if you trigger the nest, will the spiders attack you?

@Toroic, I no longer rubber band around, but I also don't seem to move any faster when running on the webbed tiles.

@Jonny the Magical Potato, I believe this is caused by movement prediction. If you turn it off you should have no issues. Webber moving at normal speed on webs is caused by a situational speed buff being applied to counteract the webbing slowdown, and I think movement prediction doesn't handle it properly. Please let me know if that resolves your issue.

I have only one complaint about this mod and its that when webber is running at full speed I often end up getting rubber banded around, keep in mind this is on a server I'm hosting.. Otherwsie great mod!
